As a festival, we accept one free carer per paying disabled festival attendee. All carer tickets must be applied for in advance, by Wednesday 21st May 2025 at 23.59. The carer must be at least 16 years old on Friday 3-th May 2025, to qualify for the free carer ticket to the festival.

 

Accepted identification to quality for the festival carer ticket is any of the following:

 

• Blue Badge

• Disability Benefit Letter

• Certification of Visual Impairment

• Access Card

The above must be the identification of the person who is being cared for, not the carer.

Please email us at hello@familyfestdorset.co.uk with your proof of identification, along with your ticket order number for the disabled ticket holder and if it fits within the above criteria, we will send you one carer ticket for the disabled festival attendee, to the email on the original ticket order.

Without the identification, we are unable to take the application further.

Any carer will be given given the same ticket as purchased by the disabled party (day or weekend ticket).

The festival team will be in touch within 21 working days of the application being received to us, the festival team, with confirmation on a successful or not successful application.​​
