Camp at Family Fest

Make a whole weekend of it at Family Fest, in our festival campsite, making it the full festival experience!

New in 2024, festival camping is back bigger for 2025, and you don't want to miss it!

Camp with us in a caravan, motorhome, or tent at Family Fest 2025. Join us from 3pm on Friday 30th May 2025 until midday on Monday 2nd June 2025 and join other families in making the whole weekend of it, at Family Fest. As a festival, we want to make it as easy as we can for all families, and with that in mind, our 2025 family camping isn't pitched, and you can turn up, and camp anywhere in our campsite - if you'd like river views, we recommend turning up early!

All tent pitches are in a tent-only area within the campsite and do not include a parking space. You can unload in the campsite, but then all vehicles must be parked in our festival car park, a short walk from the festival campsite.

2025 Camping Rules

Our camping rules for our festival campsite are as detailed below. Please read the rules carefully before joining us on the festival weekend - Friday 30th May 2025 to Monday 2nd June 2025.

DO NOT bring any of the following within the campsite or onto the festival site, including car parks; gazebos, windbreakers, glass bottles, disposable BBQs (raised BBQs allowed, but must not touch the floor at any time), open fires, drones, Chinese lanterns, fireworks, disposable vapes or illegal substances of any kind.

Family camping ONLY. We only accept family campers at our festival campsite and we will not accept large adult-only groups of 6 or more on site.

Campsite hours. The festival campsite opens at 3pm on Friday 30th May 2025. The campsite is open all weekend, to campers only, and will close at midday on Monday 2nd June 2025. The main gate for the festival site will be closed at 10pm each evening, with no vehicle access until 7am the next day. Pedestrian access is allowed at all times.

Parking. All campers in tents or caravans will be provided with pitches without a parking space. You will be required to park your vehicle in the main festival car park. If you are with a motorhome, we have special pitches available for motorhomes only.

Toilets. We have basic event toilets and disabled toilets available to use for campers only. Please ensure they are cleaned after use, and ready for the next campers to use. All toilets will be checked across the festival weekend, and cleaned where it is required by our festival team.

WiFi/Phone Signal. We don't have public WiFi available onsite but there is a mobile signal within the campsite. Please note that at busy times of the day, phone signals may be intermittent due to the amount of persons on site.

Strictly quiet after 10pm. Please respect all campers, and we have a strictly quiet period of time between 10pm and 7am each evening. Please keep noise to a minimum during this time.

BBQ's and fires. We do NOT allow fires of any kind on site. Raised BBQs are allowed, but these must not be on the ground at any time. Any fires found on site will be distinguished immediately.

Alcohol. Own alcohol is not allowed within the festival site but is allowed in the festival campsite only. We will be holding random bag searches at the festival entrance across the weekend. Bars are available on-site.

We reserve the right to remove any persons from the festival site or festival campsite, for drunkness, unruly behaviour or for breaking any of the conditions of the above.
