Ticket Types

Our 2025 ticket options are simplified and we have either day or weekend access tickets available for entry into the 2025 festival, for either young people, adults, concessions, or families of up to 5. Under 9s are free, but a ticket must be brought at the time of purchase per each child aged 9 or under.

Day - A day ticket allows you access to the festival site on either Friday, Saturday or Sunday (depending on your ticket choice) ONLY. This ticket gives you re-entry until 1 hour before closing on the day of your ticket (last entry; 8pm on Froday or Saturday and 4pm on Sunday - closes; 9pm on Friday and Saturday and 5pm on Sunday).

Weekend - A weekend ticket allows you access to the festival site on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This ticket gives you re-entry until 1 hour before closing on the day of your ticket (last entry; 8pm on Friday and Saturday and 4pm on Sunday - closes; 9pm on Friday and Saturday and 5pm on Sunday).

9 years old or under are free. Young person tickets are for any persons aged 10 to 19 years old. Adult tickets are for any persons aged 20 to 59 years old. Concession tickets are for any persons aged 60 or over. Family tickets are for any 5 persons, young person, adult or concessions, with 9 years old or under free.

ID may be required at the gate for anyone with a young person, concessions or who are 9 years old or under to verify the age of the person, as some persons look younger/older than their actual age. Any ID showing the age of the person will be accepted for the verification; driving licence, passport, birth certificate, school or university pass etc are accepted.

Ticket Agents

As a festival, tickets are only available via our official festival website with no third-party sellers. All tickets are non-transferable and we will not accept tickets that are under a different name. Our team will do random ticket checks across the day to make sure all tickets are in the correct name, and ID will be required to complete this check.

2025 Ticket Terms and Conditions

Our 2025 terms and conditions for all tickets are detailed below. As a festival, we have the right to amend or add terms and/or conditions as required.

The price of each ticket is per person. This excludes the family ticket which is for any 5 persons. Extra charges may apply for some activities on site.

Tickets are only refundable if Family Fest cancels the event. If we postpone the festival, we will offer you the chance to carry over your tickets to the new dates or you will be given a fixed period of 21 days in which you will be allowed to request a refund (from the date of the postponement and/or cancellation confirmation). After this period, we will no longer be liable to refund your tickets.

If required, we will only refund your ticket value and any booking fees or card fees will not be refunded. We will not be held liable for any travel, accomodation or other third-party costs you may have incurred as a result of the festival being postponed or canceled.

We reserve the right to cancel or close certain parts of the festival on certain grounds. As a festival, we reserve the right to make alterations to the attractions, activities, music, dates, times, and venue location and introduce restrictions on any activity if advised by the government, local authority, or statutory authority. We will not cancel the festival on the grounds of poor weather, poor ground conditions, or other limited factors that do not prevent the festival from opening safely.

In extreme weather conditions, we reserve the right to postpone and/or cancel the festival on the health and safety of all involved in the festival and attendees.

Anyone persons aged 16 or under must be accompanied by an adult while within the festival.

We accept well-behaved dogs. As a festival, we accept well-behaved dogs including assistant dogs, within our festival car park, festival camping, and within the festival site itself. All dogs must be on leads at all times and failure to abide by this rule will result in being asked to leave the festival immediately. The surrounding fields have livestock within them and no exceptions are accepted. Please clean up after your dog as required.

No person alcohol is allowed within the festival. As part of our well-being for every festival attendee, personal alcohol is not allowed in the festival car park or festival site itself across the whole weekend. Any persons breaking this rule will be asked to leave the festival site immediately. Personal alcohol is allowed within the festival campsite. We will have a Challenge25 in place for 2025, within our festival bars and for traders selling alcohol.

Please take all your rubbish home with you or use the bins provided within the festival site, festival car park or festival campsite.

Car parking is limited within the festival car park. When you purchase a festival ticket with us, you aren't guaranteed parking within our festival car park and we recommend coming by foot, bike or public bus where at all possible. In the event that the festival car park is full when you arrive, the nearest parking is available in Wimborne Minster, a 10-minute walk from the festival site, or a short festival shuttle bus ride.

Car parking (and the festival shuttle bus) is a minimum donation of £1 which goes directly to our festival charity.

Please do not park on Julians Road at any time, including within the laybys, when visiting the festival.
